Yes. DEF CON plans to provide in-room DEF CON TV to Flamingo, if possible. DEF CON TV is a live feed of a few stages where you can watch talks happening in the convention center from your hotel room.

Flamingo is one of the closest hotels to the new Caesars Forum Convention Center where most of DEF CON will be taking place. DEF CON usually also uses some of the event space in the Harrah’s, Linq, and Flamingo hotels which are all within walking distance.

We don't know if DEF CON is planning to theme keys again, but if they do these rooms should come with them like any other.

Yes, DEF CON knows we’re gonna be in their room block. Our block allows us to do our best to put our guests near each other rather than being randomly assigned a room number.

Our room block is not exclusive to any group of people. Anyone 21 years of age or older who would like to book through us and is not banned from the hotel is welcome to book through us.

To book a room, we require a working email address that is not temporary, your full legal name as found on the ID you will be checking in with, a credit or debit card you rightfully possess along with the funds to pay for your room, and you must be 21 years of age or older.

When you arrive, please go to the Flamingo hotel registration desk and present your ID that matches the name on the reservation. Do not use the express check-in kiosks. Upon check-in to the hotel, an incidental deposit for charging privileges is required of about $50/nights booked. Unused incidental charges are refunded at checkout. If you have any questions about what can be used for the incidental deposit or the amount required, you can call Flamingo Las Vegas hotel and ask about their general policies.

When making a reservation, you will be shown the full costs of your room and payment options. Your card will be charged the first payment upon clicking the pay button when confirming the reservation. Your card will be charged automatically for the rest of the room costs (if any) on dates based on your reservation selections. You will be shown the exact amounts and dates before you confirm your reservation and you will later receive an email stating the same information for your records.

If there is a problem with your card or you want to change it out for another, simply log in and edit your payment method. The system will automatically use the new card details to process any failed and future payments.

We use Stripe to process all payments. When you add a card to your account, the information is sent directly to Stripe. Stripe gives us a generated token to use for charges and no card information is ever stored or seen by our system.

If you need any special accommodations for your hotel room, please contact booking@dcfurs.com with your request and we will check with the hotel to see if we can accommodate you in our room block.

We allow you to specify up to 2 guest names on your reservation. Hotel policy is 4 max per room.

Please contact booking@dcfurs.com with your question and we will get you answers!

Of course you can. Anyone with a DEFCON Furs badge is welcome in our suite. We will also be hosting events for non-badge holders.
